  • Account Information: Name, email address, phone number, company name, and password when you create an account.
  • Organization Data: Company details, branding assets, and team member information.
  • Content: Press releases, strategic programs, media contacts, and other materials you create or upload.
  • Training Documents: Documents you upload to customize AI-generated content.
  • Communications: Messages you send to us or through the Service.

1.2 Information Collected Automatically

  • Usage Data: Features used, pages visited, and actions taken within the Service.
  • Device Information: Browser type, operating system, device type, and screen resolution.
  • Log Data: IP address, access times, and referring URLs.

This telemetry is processed under the legitimate-interest legal basis (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)). It never includes the content of pitches, plans, prompts, or generated outputs; property values are capped at 200 characters and screened against a content-leak filter at the ingest boundary. Raw events are retained for 90 days; daily aggregates for 13 months. You can opt out at any time by contacting support@promptpr.ai.

Analytics. We use analytics to help us improve PromptPR. It shows us which pages are visited and how people find their way around. It never records what you type or the content you create for your clients. If you're signed in, it runs only if you turn on analytics in Settings > Privacy, and you can turn it off there at any time.
