Each subscription plan includes specific usage limits. Exceeding these limits may require purchasing add-ons or upgrading your plan. Usage limits reset at the beginning of each billing cycle.

The Service, including its design, features, functionality, and underlying technology, is owned bypromptpr.ai and protected by intellectual property laws. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service during your subscription.
You retain all right, title, and interest in and to any Content you upload, submit, or otherwise provide to the Service, including any prompts, instructions, data sets, media, and other materials you or your Organization input into the platform ("Your Content"). We do not acquire any ownership rights in Your Content.
By uploading or submitting Your Content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, limited license to use, process, store, transmit, and display Your Content solely as necessary to operate, maintain, and improve the Service for you and your Organization, to comply with law, and to protect the security and integrity of the Service.
We will not sell Your Content. We will not grant any third-party service provider, including third-party AI infrastructure providers, rights in Your Content that are broader than the limited rights you grant us under this Section, except as required to comply with applicable law or such provider's security and abuse-prevention obligations.
AI-Generated Content is provided for your use. Subject to any rights held by third parties in underlying data or materials, and subject to the terms of our agreements with our service providers, as between you and promptpr.ai, you may use AI-Generated Content for your internal business purposes and in your public-facing work.
You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and ensuring the accuracy and appropriateness of all AI-Generated Content before publication or distribution. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of AI-Generated Content.
Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you provide regarding the Service may be used by us without restriction or compensation to you.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.
We process data you provide to deliver the Service, including using third-party AI infrastructure providers to generate content and insights. We use their enterprise/API offerings under commercial agreements that are different from their public consumer terms of use.
Under those commercial agreements, Your Content and AI-Generated Content remain your content. Our AI providers receive only a limited license to process your data as necessary to operate and secure their services for us and for you, to comply with applicable law, and to prevent abuse.
These agreements prohibit, by default, using your prompts and outputs to train, retrain, or fine-tune general-purpose foundation models, unless you or your Organization have expressly agreed otherwise in writing. We configure and use these services so that information you share on this platform is processed only to provide the Service to you and does not become training data for general-purpose models, unless you have explicitly opted in.
Data sent to these providers is subject to our data processing agreements with them. By using the Service, you authorize us to transmit Your Content and AI-Generated Content to such providers for these limited purposes.
We implement technical and organizational security measures designed to protect your data, including encryption at rest and in transit, database-level access controls, and activity logging. We also limit employee and contractor access to production systems to personnel with a legitimate business need, and such access is subject to confidentiality obligations.
However, no system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Each Organization's data is logically isolated at the database level using row-level security policies. Users can only access data within the Organization(s) to which they have been granted access. Deliverables, media lists, analysts, and other client-specific data created for one Organization are not visible to any other Organization.
Administrative access to customer data by platform operators is logged in an immutable audit trail. Organization administrators can review these access logs within the Service (for example, in a Settings > Access Log area). If we access your Organization's data for support, troubleshooting, or maintenance purposes, that access will be recorded and visible to you.
We retain your data for as long as your Account is active or as needed to provide the Service. Upon Account termination, we may retain certain data as required by law, for legitimate business purposes (such as audit, security, and dispute resolution), or as aggregated or anonymized data that does not identify you or your Organization.
The Service may integrate with or contain links to third-party services (for example, email providers, analytics services, AI providers). We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of third-party services. Your use of third-party services is at your own risk.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR ACCURACY.
AI-Generated Content may contain errors, inaccuracies, or biases. You are solely responsible for verifying all AI-Generated Content before use. We do not guarantee that AI outputs will be accurate, complete, current, or suitable for any purpose.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PROMPTPR.AI AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

You may terminate your Account at any time by contacting us. Termination does not entitle you to refunds for prepaid fees.
We may suspend or terminate your Account immediately, without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We may delete your Account and Content. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitration shall take place in Delaware, and the decision shall be final and binding.
You agree to resolve disputes individually and waive any right to participate in class action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration.
